United Exploration has developed a major oil play with shallow and deep potential from several formations in the Santa Maria Basin, CA on trend with and surrounded by several large oil fields in this prolific oil and gas basin (see the geologic and engineering study with maps and x-sections).
United Exploration is asking for a 4% ORR within the established Area of Mutual Interest (A.M.I.) of any acreage acquired by the purchaser of Oil & Gas fee leases in the NW Casmalia Shallow and Deep Oil Play for compensation of data and information compiled by United over several years.
For compensation of $100,000 up front, and $100,000 upon drilling, United will furnish said purchaser a complete set of maps, x-sections, e-logs of nearby wells, full scale and results of several exploration surveys along with geologic, engineering, and reserve studies of several potential pay zones from 2000’ to 12,000’ drilling depths.
Note: 3 tracts of fee landing totaling 3,287.35 acres are available for leasing from Mineral Interest Owners, refer to land map which shows fee land ownership and A.M.I.
