United is looking for potential investors willing to invest in leasehold acquisitions and/or the drilling of a number of wells on Federal, State, and Fee Lands within an Established Area of Mutual Interest (AME) covering 30 sections, or 19,200 acres of land.

United is willing to share the results of several years of exploration work with the potential investor to earn a 4% overriding royalty. United used several exploration techniques to upgrade and confirm this major phosphoria stratigraphic trap and has identified several proposed locations that are ready to drill soon after acquisition of the leasehold position. United Exploration’s comprehensive work and history in the play can save the potential investor(s) significant time and money.

For compensation of $100,000 up front and another $100,000 before the first well is drilled. United will furnish said purchaser a complete set of maps, x-sections, e-logs of nearby wells, full scale and results of several exploration surveys along with geologic, seismic, engineering, and reserve studies.
